• Use Hatha Group only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use Hatha Group for unlawful or harmful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or misuse our systems
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

Violations may result in account termination.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload. By using Hatha Group, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services.

5. Our Rights

Hatha Group content (software, logos, designs) is owned by Hatha Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce our content without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Hatha Group is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or that the service will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatha Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you.
